The rental has a common pool, sea view.
You will accommodate up to 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children.
The living area is 56 m², the apartment is located on the second floor out of three in the building of La Désirade, a little away so very quiet.
At the entrance, you have a shower room with shower and toilet, the first bedroom with a bed in 160 with a shower and basin adjacent to the room. A large living room with two beds that can also be used as a sofa. The second room closed by a sliding door is equipped with 2 beds of 90 which can be transformed into a bed in 180 on request.
On the terrace, you have the dining area as well as the equipped kitchen with view on the sea.
You have access to the swimming pools of the residence (650 m2), to all the activities organized by Pierre et Vacances, children's club (paying), restaurants, to the mini-market and to the parking secured 24h/24 of the residence.
The owner also offers you the possibility to rent an electric car (Dacia Spring).
Linen is provided.
You have a free Wifi access.
